Leadership training emerged, and is continuing to develop, to meet the requests and needs of those who had been taught about Christ, predominately through the World Bible School lessons.

As new congregation groups formed in various areas of the Gauteng (Johannesburg) region there became an increasing need for a constant presence in those places. From this growing need staffed W.B.S. Funda Fundiswe (R&T Ministries) offices were opened.
